Mary Ruiz is an outstanding realtor and anyone looking to buy a home should just skip the rest and start with her. I started my search for a home in July and I must have contacted at least 15 realtors before Mary and I met. As a result, when Mary and I met I was frustrated and tired of realtors, and about to give up on my home search. She was clearly different from the start. In my experience, the other realtors did not follow-up, where limited in area, or in two instances tried, in my opinion, to coerce me in a direction I was not interested in. Mary met with me on a moments notice. She was very friendly and easy to work with. She quickly learned what I was looking for and we immediately started looking at houses online, that day. She set and kept expectations and within a couple of weeks I submitted an offer on a house. Through the process I had no unanswered questions. Mary is simply amazing! We met at an open house months before asking her to represent us in the sale of our home. She was always available to take our calls and answer our questions.
